Forever curious
Based in Amsterdam and busy solving problems through design — Currently working to bring airlines into the 21st century
The same Aleksandar you might have met in Switzerland or India before.
I invented the title Incentive Designer to capture what I do.
I’m fascinated by complex systems and how incentives govern their behaviours.
Incentive designer (noun):
A person that analyses, designs and implements incentive systems in areas such as business, psychology, or public policy.
Incentive designers possess analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, and must have a deep understanding of human behavior and motivation.
Incentives must be carefully weighed to encourage the desired behavior while avoiding unintended consequences.
Managing Complex Systems
Complex systems are made up of many interacting components that exhibit collective behavior, often characterized by emergent properties that cannot be predicted from the behavior of individual components alone.
These systems are often nonlinear, meaning that small changes in one component can have large effects on the overall behavior of the system.
Examples of complex systems include ecosystems, financial markets, social networks, and the human society.
Trial and error eclipses our gut. Ideally you start by building a system to measure your management success and start optimising.

Stijn Van Willigen — Weekmeals
We still almost daily get compliments for the ease-of-use of the Weekplanner you designed.
You are that rare out-of-the-box thinker that is not afraid to shine a light on corners of a product unseen. Your keen eye for detail is easily detected in all aspects of your life, including dealing with people, which makes working with you a great experience.
Many B2B Saas people
Your designs are too consumers focused, we just need it to work.
